I just powered through an update (as of march 2023) where I went through all of the lolita fashion youtube channels I follow and the Bay Area Kei biblioteca blogs and pulled as many resources as I could from each for beginners! You may notice that some sections have a lot of duplicates from different people. I did that on purpose, no one person is the authority on lolita fashion so it’s good to hear from a broad range of people and perspectives. I hope you find something useful here!
